Emmanuel Center offers 24-hour nursing care from licensed and registered professionals. This state-of-the-art nursing and rehabilitation center is part of the Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community.
The Residents receive short-term rehabilitation and compassionate care on a long-term basis from our skilled professionals. They also have opportunities to grow mentally and spiritually, as well as improve their health and wellness.

The Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community campus is founded on Christian respect for an individual's dignity. The goal of the administration and management is to maintain the facility as one primarily dedicated to Christian service.

Medicaid is Accepted
Emmanuel Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is an active participant in the Pennsylvania Medicaid program. We accept residents who are enrolled in the program as of the first day of their admission.
